First, name the symptom

A spinning loading icon after a channel has started is different from a playlist that never loads. Note whether the problem is constant, happens only during a live match, or affects one channel. That distinction saves more time than randomly clearing settings.

Run four small comparisons

• Try another live channel, then a VOD title. If only one feed fails, record its exact name and time.
• Try the same stream on a second supported device or player. If only one app fails, check that app before changing your subscription.
• Compare Wi-Fi with a wired connection if your device supports one, or briefly test another network. Keep the device and channel the same.
• Restart the player and device, then check available app updates. Avoid changing buffer, VPN and decoder settings all at once.

Send support a useful report

Share the device model, player name, channel, approximate time, connection type and which comparison worked. Never post your playlist URL, username or password in a public thread. A report with these details helps separate a local connection issue from a source-specific outage.

No provider can promise that every live feed will never buffer. Test the channels and times that matter to you, and ask for realistic support when they do not work.
